Accepted Insurances

Tricare (via SOS International), Blue Cross Blue Shield (via GeoBlue), and afspa/Foreign Service Business Plan reimburse our standard fees except for co-payments or deductibles. Unfortunately, we do not accept German health insurance, cash payments or FMP.

We offer direct billing for

- Tricare Overseas Program (TOP) - we are Authorized TRICARE Mental Health Care Provider and credentialed by International SOS to render telemedicine services for Tricare.

Spouses, family members and retirees do NOT need a referral.

Only Active Duty need a referral - please contact our Intake Team for more information.

- Blue Cross Blue Shield - Federal Employee Program (FEP) - we are network provider and have a direct billing contract with GeoBlue.

- United Healthcare Global Europe - we are Healthcare Partner accredited by Henner with direct settlement.

For clients insured by AFSPA/Foreign Service Benefit Plan (FSBP):

FSBP does not offer direct billing but considers providers outside the U.S. as if they are in the Plan’s network. FSBP reimburses invoices of providers outside the U.S. at the in-network co-insurance benefit. There are no reductions to Plan allowance or fee schedules (FSBP Overseas Coverage). Therefore, we will accept clients with this insurance.

Other insurance companies do not support direct billing from German private practices. But some international insurance companies (e.g., GEHA, CIGNA) will reimburse their clients for our services.

Depending on the insurance policy, clients may be reimbursed for part or all their sessions. To make sure, we recommend checking with the insurance company in advance. To avoid financial stress for clients we accept only insurances that reliably reimburse clients. Please contact our Intake Team for more information.
